Top 5 Tuesday || Books I Want to Reread

Top 5 Tuesday

So, I feel like this is just a continuation of all the ways my TBR is judging me, BUT I can’t deny that Shanah @ Bionic Bookworm Blog has picked a great topic for today. Who am I to resist going back to old favorites, after all?

So, without further ado, take a peek at the rereads on my TBR judging me for not coming back to them sooner!

The Casquette Girls by Alys Arden

I’ve actually had The Romeo Catchers sitting on my TBR for a while and haven’t had a chance to read it, so I really think it’s time to go back, reread this one, and dive back into this New Orleans witchy world!

The Darkest Minds by Alexandra Bracken

I think I’m actually going to reread this one around August, to do a review blitz around the movie’s one year anniversary (man, I never did get to see that…), but TDM is special to me. It’s one of the first books I won, and it was for a writing contest to boot. It’s means a lot to me in ways that aren’t entirely related to the story, and yet I love the story as well. And the characters. Especially Chubs.

Plus, I’ve really got to get to The Darkest Legacy

A Darker Shade of Magic by VE Schwab

A Darker Shade final for Irene

Honestly? When don’t I want to reread ADSoM? But the itch is really growing stronger lately, so I might just have to give in and visit the four Londons (and the love of my life, Lila Bard) all over again!

Caraval by Stephanie Garber

It’s been FOREVER since I read Caraval, but now Finale is almost here and I haven’t read Legendary, which almost everyone seems to say is leagues better than Caraval! So I suppose it’s time for a refresher course and a frantic scramble to get caught up, huh?

Shadow of the Fox by Julie Kagawa

Shadow of the Fox was one of the first ARCs I ever got as a blogger (maybe THE first ARC, actually), and I ADORED it. And since I’ve been approved for Soul of the Sword, I so badly want to go back and reread! This time, though, I want to get my hands on a finished copy, for peak experience. If I liked the ARC that much, the final version should be even better!

This is just a snapshot of some of the rereads I’d like to do, honestly. The simple fact of the matter, though, is that I don’t have time to reread everything (which is a little sad, come to think of it). That makes this the priority list, and hopefully I’ll have time for them soon.

But what about you? What books are you hoping to reread?

  1. 🙈 I have all of these books on my bookshelf, completely unread!! But it’s a great recommendation that you want to read them a second time!!
